What do you mean by "Teacher as Learner?"

In the course of regular lessons, following the regular curriculum, eedNET members are using small strategies and observations to develop their students’ learning dispositions, and are in the habit of reflecting on and learning from the outcomes of their actions in the classroom.

As Professor John Hattie states:

"the biggest effects on student learning occur when teachers become learners of their own teaching.”
